Lean back and enjoy our ever-changing SEASONAL menu
We only use the best local organic ingredients from local farmers and low impact fishermen. Choose between Vegetarian or Pescetarian menu, it is up to you. Even though the majority of our rooftop’s crops are shared amongst the members, our team utilises most of the flowers, herbs, and honey from the farm.
We serve the best natural wines, local beers, and non-alcoholic drinks.
The meal will be served in our idyllic greenhouse. The grand wooden table seats up to 25 people at a time. Upon arrival everyone can enjoy a drink at the rooftop, get to know our chickens and roam around before seated together. We love the feeling of dining with family, and therefore we seat everyone at once and start the dinner at the same time for everyone.
Our menu is designed around seasonal, local produce, sourced in close collaboration with local organic Danish farmers and low-impact fishermen.
As we rely on the natural rhythm of the seasons and local availability, there may be occasional adjustments to our offerings.

5-course seasonal dinner
We welcome you for our 5-course seasonal dinner. We offer two seating’s: 17:30-20:00 and 20:30-23:00

Welcome to our beautiful rooftop for a communal dinner! We serve a 5-course menu inspired by the seasons and all ingredients are delivered to us by local growers, producers and slow-impact fisherman - everything with a love and care for nature. Choose between Vegetarian or pescetarian.
We are happy to adjust to most any allergies and dietary restrictions if they are informed in advance.

Our amazing front of the house selected (and sometimes even created) the best natural wines, local beers, and non-alcoholic drinks.
All our wines are either natural, biodynamic or organic.
Besides a wide range by the glass and bottle, we also offer a drinks pairing, with options specifically chosen for the menu.

Every Friday, Saturday and Sunday, we welcome you for our 3-course communal lunch at 12:30

Enjoy our 3-course menu, prepared according to the freshness of the field and season. Our menu reflects the micro seasons and is constantly changing so we can follow the local farmers and the crops they can harvest, and most important of all: to make sure nothing is wasted.

We welcome you for a tasty morning breakfast on Saturday and Sunday at 10 am from April till September.
Our Chefs will prepare everything 100% organic and homemade
